A female employee at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, has come forward with allegations of sexual harassment against colleagues Shahrukh Qureshi and Raza Memon. In her complaint, she detailed incidents where Qureshi made invasive inquiries about her relationship status and Memon made lewd comments about her appearance, including suggesting she should go to the gym to improve her looks. Despite her discomfort, the harassment continued, with Memon persistently calling her to his desk and making inappropriate remarks.
