On the occasion of Eid Al Adha, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates has conveyed his warm congratulations to the Kings, Presidents, and Emirs of Arab and Islamic nations. In his messages, Sheikh Mohamed expressed his wishes for ongoing progress, prosperity, and stability for these leaders and their peoples. Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, along with Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, also sent similar congratulatory messages to their counterparts in various Arab and Islamic states. Eid Al Adha will be celebrated on Thursday in several countries including India, Bangladesh, Brunei, and South Africa. Additionally, the UAE has made arrangements for Eid celebrations, including announcing prayer timings across its emirates and the opening of Al Khan Park in Sharjah, which was completed in record time ahead of the festivities. Furthermore, Dubai has adjusted the timings for a free ice cream giveaway to accommodate the Eid Al Adha celebrations in 2026.
