Between Akron and Youngstown, multiple sightings of the elusive beast, described as being between 6 and 10 feet tall, have been documented, along with 17-inch footprints. Mike Miller from the Ohio Nightstalkers Bigfoot Research Group noted that the harsh winter, which included two significant snowstorms, may have flooded the Sasquatch's natural habitat, pushing it closer to human settlements. Eyewitnesses have reported seeing the creature covered in dark fur, and some have described its unique movement, stating it turned using its shoulders instead of its neck. One of the most notable encounters occurred on March 6, when a witness claimed to have had a face-to-face meeting with a 9-foot brown-haired Sasquatch during daylight hours. Additionally, mysterious howls captured by Miller have not matched any known North American animals, further fueling the intrigue surrounding these sightings.
