The Pentagon has published a second batch of declassified files concerning unidentified flying objects (UFOs), which includes numerous photos, videos, and documents detailing alleged sightings. This release, announced by spokesperson Sean Parnell, follows the first batch that generated over 1 billion hits on the Pentagon's website. Among the notable accounts is a report from a U.S. intelligence officer who witnessed two large orbs near his helicopter in late 2025. These orbs were described as oval-shaped, orange with a white or yellow center, and emitted light in all directions. The officer noted that these orbs seemed to be 'chasing' nearby fighter jets. Additionally, the release includes a 116-page document detailing 209 sightings of various phenomena, such as 'green orbs' and 'fireballs,' reported in Sandia, New Mexico, between 1948 and 1950. Witnesses reported these unidentified anomalous phenomena maneuvering, disappearing, or exploding. The investigations into these sightings also contributed to Project Grudge, a brief U.S. Air Force inquiry into UFO reports in 1949. The Pentagon is currently working on a third release of UFO-related files, which will be announced soon.
