An active warrant for his arrest has been issued. The incident took place at approximately 11:02 a.m. at Worcester Common, located at 455 Main St., where a woman reported being stabbed. Officers provided immediate medical care using a chest seal bandage before the victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
