This weekend, for the first time in nearly two decades, Moscow's annual victory parade will occur without military hardware, reflecting the Kremlin's fears of Ukrainian attacks. Brovdi's unit has successfully targeted oil refineries and military installations, contributing to a growing sense of optimism within Ukraine's armed forces. He estimates that Russian military casualties range from 30,000 to 34,000 soldiers monthly, impacting Russia's combat effectiveness.
