Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta reassured residents that fuel and LPG supplies in the national capital remain stable, with approximately 1.25 lakh LPG cylinders delivered daily. She emphasized that there is no shortage of LPG, petrol, or diesel, despite ongoing tensions in West Asia. The average delivery time for LPG cylinders is maintained at four to five days. The government has implemented an OTP-based delivery authentication system, ensuring over 90% of deliveries are verified. To combat black marketing, more than 540 raids have been conducted, resulting in the seizure of over 2,027 LPG cylinders and the filing of 44 FIRs. Additionally, special camps are organized to provide 5-kg cylinders to migrant workers, improving access to essential services.
