The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reported that the recall affects bottles sold in a pink tie-dye color pattern, as the hard plastic outer shell may bubble or partially peel off, creating loose pieces that could pose a choking risk to young children. Despite receiving 135 reports of this issue, no injuries have been reported. The bottles were available at Walmart stores nationwide and online from November 2025 through May 2026 for about $20. Consumers are advised to stop using the affected bottles immediately and can contact TOMY for a replacement set in a different color or a $22 store credit for future purchases. Both TOMY and Walmart have yet to respond to inquiries regarding the recall.
