The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has officially announced that the Class 12 results for 2026 will be released on May 14, 2026, at 11 am. A press conference will precede the announcement at 10:30 am at Vidyasagar Bhavan in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Students can check their results online at wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in by entering their roll numbers and dates of birth. The results will be provisional and digital, including details such as the student's name, roll number, date of birth, and marks obtained in various subjects. Hard copies of the mark sheets and pass certificates will be distributed to educational institutions later, with specific details to be provided by WBCHSE after the results are announced. To pass, students must achieve a minimum of 30% in both written and practical exams. Last year's results were released on May 7, with a total of 4,30,286 candidates passing the exam.
