A 34-year-old man named Pankaj Nayar was shot dead during a parking dispute in Preet Vihar, Delhi. The confrontation began when Nayar's brother, Paras, had an argument with Gaurav Sharma, the accused, who also lives in the same building. Following the dispute, Paras called Pankaj from Noida to the scene. The situation escalated, leading Sharma to allegedly shoot Pankaj in the chest. He was rushed to Malik Radix Health Care Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Delhi Police received two emergency calls regarding the incident at 2:22 PM and 2:26 PM. An FIR has been filed at Preet Vihar police station under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act. Authorities are currently making efforts to trace and arrest Sharma, who has absconded along with his associates.
