Sula Vineyards experienced a 34% decline in consolidated net profit, amounting to ₹8.60 crore for Q4 FY26, despite a 7.3% increase in revenue from operations, which reached ₹134.91 crore. The profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹12.12 crore, down from ₹13.56 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's EBITDA also decreased by 2.5% to ₹27.8 crore, with the EBITDA margin contracting by 192 basis points to 19.5%. Growth in revenue was supported by a 5.2% increase in sales from its own brands and a remarkable 17% rise in wine tourism revenue, which reached a record ₹23.9 crore. The increase in wine tourism was driven by an 11% rise in footfalls and a 22% increase in room revenue following the launch of The Haven by Sula. Despite the profit slump, CEO Rajeev Sawant noted improved traction in own brands and a robust performance in wine tourism, with the company planning to expand its footprint by acquiring a 19-acre estate in Dindori, Nashik. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY26, compared to ₹3.6 per share for FY25.
