On the night of April 16, a seven-year-old girl was abducted from an under-construction building in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, where she lived with her family. Her father, a security guard, reported that around 1:30 AM, while the family was asleep, an unidentified man, approximately 25 years old, picked up the girl and took her to Swarn Jayanti Park, where she was raped.
