The monthly rent for this facility is nearly ₹73 lakh (approximately $88,000 USD), translating to ₹26.25 per sq ft. The lease is set for a duration of 9 years and includes a 2-month, 15-day rent-free period. Additionally, there is a 5% annual rent escalation clause in the agreement. The sublease commenced on January 1, 2026, with rent payments starting on March 15, 2026. This facility will be utilized exclusively for industrial warehousing and logistics operations, enhancing Amazon's supply chain capabilities in India.
