The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the timetable for the second board exams for Class 10 students, scheduled from May 15 to May 21, 2026. Exams will take place daily from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with some papers ending earlier at 12:30 PM. The first exam will be Mathematics, offered in both Standard (subject code 041) and Basic (subject code 241) formats. Following this, English will be tested on May 16, Science on May 18, and various language papers on May 19. This structure allows students to improve their scores in up to three subjects. Eligibility for the second board exam includes students who appeared in at least three subjects in the first exam, those seeking to improve their grades, and students placed in the compartment category. Registration for the exams must be completed by April 20, 2026. Last year's results showed Delhi achieving a 97.38% pass rate, which is higher than the national average of 93.70%.
