On Saturday evening, a tragic accident near Basni Pulia on the Ring Road adjoining Nagaur city resulted in the deaths of four family members from Rajasthan. The family was traveling from Bikaner to Jodhpur after visiting the Karni Mata Temple in Deshnok when their speeding car collided head-on with a loaded truck coming from the opposite direction. The collision was so violent that both vehicles caught fire, but local residents quickly extinguished the flames. The deceased have been identified as Jai Singh (50), his wife Suman Kanwar (45), their son Indra Vardhan (14), and Laxmi Kanwar (55), who was residing in Jaipur.
