The storyline follows players who are driven from their home by conflict and must navigate challenges on a new world after their colony ship, CICADA, encounters issues. Despite past development setbacks, including management turmoil at the studio, the project is now back on track. However, players should expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 2 to 3 years before the full version is released.
