The incident occurred on August 30, 2022, when Rouen, who had been attending the celebration with his girlfriend, became aggressive during a playful interaction. Witnesses reported that he kicked one woman in the stomach and punched another while trying to enter another bar. When the victim's father intervened, Rouen brandished a knife, escalating the situation further. After pleading guilty to charges of affray and possession of a knife, Rouen was sentenced at Truro Crown Court on June 5, 2023.
