Hathway Cable & Datacom reported a consolidated net profit of ₹11.33 crore for Q4 FY26, reflecting an 11.33% decline compared to the same quarter last year. This drop occurred despite a 6.37% increase in revenue from operations, which reached ₹545.85 crore. The company's profit before tax (PBT) saw a significant decrease of 58.05%, falling to ₹17.08 crore. Total expenses rose by 6.59% to ₹543.79 crore, driven by an 18.4% increase in channel costs to ₹300.76 crore. In contrast, revenue from the broadband segment fell by 4.15% to ₹143.15 crore, while the cable television segment experienced a 13.15% increase, reaching ₹391.61 crore. For the full fiscal year, the company’s net profit decreased by 11.03% to ₹82.31 crore, even as revenue grew by 5.39% to ₹2,149.58 crore. Additionally, the board appointed Gurjeev Singh Kapoor as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and future Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from September 2026, following the end of current CEO Tavinderjit Singh Panesar's term. The company's stock rose by 0.78%, closing at ₹11.57 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
