The thriller 'Time of Death,' starring Michael Kelly, Kevin Pollak, Mena Suvari, and Dennis Haysbert, has successfully closed international distribution deals at the Cannes Marché du Film, taking place from May 11-16, 2023. The film has secured agreements in Benelux with Premiere TV, in Portugal with Nos Lusomundo, and in Poland with Media4Fun, with additional deals in progress for Germany, Italy, and Spain. Directed by Will Wernick, 'Time of Death' is set within a decaying prison and follows a man's descent into a world of lies and corruption. The film is scheduled for a U.S. release on June 12, 2023, through Vertical Entertainment, which has also arranged for a theatrical and day-and-date PVOD release. Wernick expressed pride in the film, highlighting the emotional depth brought by the performances of the cast. The screenplay was penned by Jason Rosen, with production support from Ikigai International and several producers including Wernick and Rosen.
