The BLR Hubba, dubbed the FOMO Festival, took place in Bengaluru, India, featuring a staggering 378 events across 30 venues. This year's festival attracted over 800 artists from 42 countries, offering a rich tapestry of cultural experiences including music concerts, theatre performances, workshops, and a food festival. Notable events included the Karnataka Raga Trail concert, immersive theatre performances, and community-driven workshops. The festival was designed to foster community spirit, with special events for children, such as the Makkala Hubba, which saw participation from over 300 government school children daily. Chief Facilitator Ravichandar V highlighted the festival's budget of ₹12 crores (approximately $1.45 million USD), funded through private sources, while the government provided necessary permissions and support. Despite the challenges posed by Bengaluru's infamous traffic, the festival successfully engaged audiences and showcased the city's vibrant cultural landscape.
