Southern Railway has announced significant changes to train services in the Tirupati region, impacting both passenger and express trains. The Tirupati-Katpadi passenger train, scheduled to depart at 6:40 am, and the Katpadi-Tiruttani passenger train at 7:25 pm will be fully cancelled on April 20, 24, 27 and May 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29. Additionally, the Villupuram-Tirupati Express (Train No 16854) will experience partial cancellations, not operating between Katpadi and Tirupati on these dates. Similarly, the Tirupati-Villupuram Express (Train No 16853) will only run from Katpadi, bypassing Tirupati.
