The CJP was launched in response to a controversial remark about unemployed youth during a Supreme Court hearing, and it quickly garnered over 100,000 online sign-ups. Dipke's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Public Relations from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in Journalism from a prestigious institute in Pune, Maharashtra. His career highlights include a pivotal role in the Aam Aadmi Party's successful digital media strategy during the 2020 Delhi elections, where his innovative 'meme avalanche' significantly boosted online engagement. Additionally, he has served as a Communication Fellow in the Delhi Chief Minister's Office and as a Communication Advisor to the Delhi Education Department. Dipke is currently planning a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged irregularities in national examinations.
