The Grizzlies have held training camps in Nashville but have yet to play regular-season games there. Silver mentioned that while some visiting players have raised concerns about hotel quality in Memphis, most enjoy playing there. The Grizzlies' current lease at FedExForum is set to expire in 2029, and discussions are ongoing regarding its extension, alongside plans for a $550 million renovation funded by city, state, and private sources. Silver also noted that there are no current plans to relocate any NBA teams, as the league explores expansion opportunities in Seattle and Las Vegas.
