The Jamie Cassels Centre (JCC) will celebrate convocation from June 8 to 12, 2026. During this week, the building will be open, but access for purposes other than attending convocation may require visitors to provide identification and confirm the reason for their visit to volunteers, staff, or security personnel. Despite the convocation activities, all student-facing services in the JCC will remain operational. Students needing assistance can enter through the JCC A-Wing if they have an appointment or require drop-in support. Additionally, all student services can be contacted via phone, email, or through virtual appointments. This includes various units such as the Academic Advising Centre for the Faculties of Humanities, Science & Social Sciences, the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Management, Graduate Admissions & Records, Faculty of Graduate Studies, International Centre for Students, Office of Student Life, Student Awards and Financial Aid, Tuition Fees, and Coop and Career Services.
