The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office took her into custody around 2 am, and she was released after posting bail of approximately $6,000. Chrisley faces several charges, including driving under the influence, reckless driving, and improper lane change. She stated to TMZ that she intends to contest these charges, claiming she was trying to avoid an accident when she was pulled over. This incident follows her breakup with David Landsman, who was arrested last month on felony aggravated assault charges. Both parties have since requested mutual restraining orders against each other. In light of her recent challenges, Chrisley has expressed her intention to focus on personal growth, stating on her podcast that she plans to be celibate for a year. Chrisley shares one son, Jackson, with her ex-husband Will Campbell, from whom she divorced in 2021.
