DCM Shriram has finalized an agreement to sell a 50% equity stake in its subsidiary, Shriram Polytech (SPL), to Teknor Apex B.V. for $5.6 million. This transaction marks a strategic shift for DCM Shriram, as SPL transitions from being a wholly-owned subsidiary to a joint venture. As of March 31, 2025, SPL recorded a turnover of ₹201.63 crore and a net worth of ₹78.36 crore.
