Arvind Kejriwal, the National Convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), met with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday, commending his government's achievements in education, healthcare, and women's empowerment. In a post on X, Kejriwal expressed appreciation for the positive impact of Stalin's governance on the lives of Tamil Nadu's residents. As part of his support for the DMK, Kejriwal is scheduled to address election rallies on April 20 and 21. The AAP is backing the Secular Progressive Alliance (SPA) in the upcoming Assembly elections, where no AAP candidates will be fielded. Meanwhile, CM Stalin continues his campaign efforts, engaging with the public in various constituencies. In contrast, the AIADMK-BJP alliance is ramping up its campaign with prominent leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah actively participating. The elections are set for April 23, with results to be counted on May 4, marking a significant contest between the DMK-led SPA and the NDA coalition.
