Himachal Pradesh has inaugurated its first government-run women de-addiction and rehabilitation centre named ‘Nav Jeevan’ in Mashobra, near Shimla. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu emphasized the need for effective treatment and announced plans for a second centre in Tanda, Kangra district.
