Keystone Realtors, known as Rustomjee, reported a 19.1% decline in profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q4 FY26), totaling ₹52.42 crore. This decrease is largely due to the company's accounting method, which recognizes profits based on project completion, and the ongoing legacy projects that yield lower EBITDA margins of around 5%. In contrast, new projects are expected to provide margins exceeding 20-21%. The company's revenue from operations soared by 172.88% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,595.97 crore. However, expenses also rose sharply by 181% YoY to ₹1,553.22 crore due to an increase in project undertakings. Rustomjee's pre-sales for the quarter grew 58% YoY to ₹1,346 crore, with total pre-sales for FY26 surpassing the annual guidance of ₹4,000 crore at ₹4,022 crore. Looking ahead, Rustomjee aims to achieve annual sales of ₹10,000 crore by FY30, focusing on expanding into new cities like Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur. The company also plans to generate about ₹100 crore from commercial real estate, targeting a 5% market share in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Collections for Q4 FY26 rose 14% YoY to ₹853 crore, while the company launched two projects with an estimated gross development value of ₹3,978 crore during the quarter.
