In a separate operation, customs detained two passengers arriving from Bangkok on an Air India flight, recovering 1.9 kilograms of the drug valued at ₹1.9 crore. Both cases are being investigated under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Additionally, customs officials intercepted a passenger carrying $100,000 (approximately ₹93.45 lakh) in foreign currency, suspected of violating foreign exchange regulations.
