The TS EAMCET 2026 results were officially released on May 17, 2026, at 11 am by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE). Candidates who participated in the Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy entrance examinations can now check their scores and rank cards on the official TS EAMCET website, eapcet.tgche.ac.in. To access their results, candidates need to enter their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth. The top scorer in the engineering stream is M Rushi from Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana, who achieved a remarkable score of 156.635. Following closely are Bejugama Anshul from Hyderabad with 148.708 and Maraka Vamsidhar Reddy from Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh with 147.056. In the agriculture and pharmacy streams, Mukkaram Ahmed from Hyderabad topped with 150.177, while Taduri Nivrutt Sai Venkath, also from Hyderabad, scored 143.439. This year's results highlight the strong performance of candidates from both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
