Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT), a real estate investment trust sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, has declared a distribution of ₹716.6 crore (approximately $86 million USD) to its unitholders for the quarter ending March 2026. This announcement comes on the back of a 14% increase in net operating income (NOI), which reached ₹1,053.3 crore compared to ₹924.8 crore in the same quarter last year. Cumulative distributions since KRT's listing in August 2025 now total ₹21,019 million (around $2.5 billion USD), equating to ₹4.74 per unit. For FY26, the company reported gross leasing of 3.5 million square feet and maintained a portfolio occupancy rate of 92%. Shirish Godbole, the CEO, expressed confidence in entering FY27 with strong operational momentum, while COO Quaiser Parvez highlighted robust leasing activity driven by existing tenants, resulting in a 16% year-on-year revenue growth. KRT's portfolio includes 29 premium office assets totaling 46.5 million square feet, with ongoing and future developments across six cities.
