Videos circulating online depicted him exhibiting erratic behavior, prompting the AFL to request a review of the situation. Carlton's CEO, Graham Wright, stated that the club is prioritizing Hollands' mental health and has been providing him with support. Hollands has a history of mental health challenges and previously took personal leave for related issues. He is ruled out of the upcoming match against Fremantle in Perth as he receives the necessary medical care.
