Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPHL) saw a 2.70% increase in its stock price, reaching ₹123.26 after announcing two new hotel management agreements in Ayodhya and Ujjain, India. The Ayodhya property will feature 56 rooms and is located approximately 4.9 km from the Ram Janmabhoomi site and 6 km from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. It will include amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a plunge swimming pool, a gym, and a banquet hall. The Ujjain hotel will offer 64 rooms and is situated around 7 km from the Ujjain Railway Station and 8 km from the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, with access to Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport. This property will also feature similar amenities, catering to the needs of modern travelers. Vikas Ahluwalia, AVP & National Head of Zone by The Park Hotels, emphasized the importance of these signings in enhancing ASPHL's footprint in India's pilgrimage tourism sector. Despite a 24.75% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹24.20 crore, revenue rose by 12.72% to ₹200.06 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to the same period last year.
