Saregama India saw its stock surge by 15.63% to ₹387.35 following the announcement of its Q4 FY26 financial results, which revealed a 25.38% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹75.39 crore. The company also reported a 19.36% rise in revenue from operations, reaching ₹287.44 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) experienced a significant boost, climbing 36.15% YoY to ₹104.37 crore, while EBITDA increased by 31% to ₹132.7 crore, maintaining a steady margin of 68%. However, sales of its Carvaan product declined sharply by 24.66%, totaling 55,000 units sold in the quarter. On an annual basis, the company's consolidated net profit rose 1.38% to ₹207.07 crore, despite a 15.94% drop in total revenue to ₹984.62 crore for FY26 compared to FY25. Avarna Jain, vice chairperson of Saregama India, emphasized the company's strategic investments and diversification efforts, positioning it strongly for future growth.
