For instance, PwC India reports that approximately 1,500 employees generate over 10,000 AI queries daily. Deloitte India has about 50% of its tax team using AI tools, while EY India boasts that over 75% of its tax professionals employ these technologies regularly. This integration allows tax associates to complete research that previously took days in mere hours, enabling them to focus on higher-level advisory tasks. Experts believe that India's dynamic tax landscape, characterized by high transaction volumes and frequent regulatory changes, makes it an ideal testing ground for AI in tax.
