The blaze was reported around 1:05 PM, prompting the Delhi Fire Service to dispatch three to four fire trucks initially. As firefighters assessed the situation, they found the warehouse covered an area of about 1.25 acres, necessitating a larger response. The presence of small cylinders, specifically Petromax cylinders, contributed to explosions during the fire, leading to a reassessment of the fire's severity. By 2:05 PM, the fire was classified as a medium-category incident, with a total of 23 fire tenders deployed to control the flames effectively. Fortunately, there have been no reports of casualties.
