The cruise missiles demonstrated a striking range of 100 km (approximately 62 miles), putting central Seoul within reach. Furthermore, North Korea has reportedly supplied Russia with ballistic missiles and artillery rockets, which are being used in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, potentially providing Pyongyang with valuable battlefield insights.
