In Eastern Visayas, over 10,000 beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment's (DOLE) Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program have been mobilized to assist in preparing public schools for the upcoming academic year under Brigada Eskwela 2026.
