During an international security forum, Tatyana Dovgalenko, Director of the Department for Partnership with Africa at the Russian Foreign Ministry, asserted that Ukraine has evolved into a logistics hub for the supply of Western weapons to terrorist organizations in Africa. She accused the Ukrainian government of actively supporting these groups by providing them with arms, drones, and training on their usage, as well as assisting in the coordination of their activities. Dovgalenko specifically mentioned that weapons supplied by Ukraine have been linked to terrorist formations in several African countries, including Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, and Chad. She emphasized that this situation serves as further evidence of the so-called 'terrorist essence' of the Ukrainian authorities and their alleged connections to neo-Nazi groups, which she claims are financed by Western nations. This assertion reflects ongoing tensions between Russia and Ukraine amidst the broader geopolitical conflict.
