In Dwarka's Jafarpur Kalan area, a police constable named Neeraj shot and killed Pandav Kumar, a food delivery agent, during a verbal altercation late Sunday night. The incident occurred around 2:00 am when Kumar was seated on a motorcycle with his companion, Krishna, after attending a birthday party. Neeraj, who lives nearby, approached the group and initiated an argument over a trivial matter. In the ensuing confrontation, he fired a shot that struck Kumar in the chest and passed through to injure Krishna in the abdomen. Both men were rushed to a local hospital, where Kumar was pronounced dead. The police have arrested Neeraj, who serves as a head constable in the Special Cell Unit of the Delhi Police, and further investigations are underway.
