Motorola has officially entered India's premium foldable smartphone market with the launch of the Razr Fold, its first foldable device in the country. This smartphone features a 6.6-inch external LTPO AMOLED display that unfolds into an 8.1-inch 2K Extreme AMOLED main screen, capable of reaching up to 6,200 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and runs on Android 16-based Hello UI, promising seven years of OS updates. The Razr Fold emphasizes photography with a triple 50MP rear camera setup, recognized as the ‘world’s best foldable camera system’ by DXOMARK. The device is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery, offering over 43 hours of battery life and supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. Motorola has priced the Razr Fold at ₹1,49,999 (approximately $1,800 USD), with a limited FIFA World Cup 2026 edition also available. In addition, Motorola introduced the Moto Buds 2 Plus with advanced audio features priced at ₹5,999 (approximately $72 USD).
