The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) approved a total of 10,379 real estate projects in the financial year 2025-26, with nearly 5,494 of these located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The Pune region followed with 3,566 approved projects.
