The India BRICS Business Summit held in Hyderabad has significantly advanced the global connectivity of India's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). A pivotal outcome was the signing of the Hyderabad Declaration, which provides a strategic roadmap for MSME growth and collaboration within the BRICS+ framework. Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi emphasized the importance of the BRICS Entrepreneurs Alliance (BEA) in promoting entrepreneurship and supporting MSME development in India. Dr. Bhaskar Jyoti Sonowal was elected as the President of the BEA Global Forum for the term 2026-27, marking a significant leadership role for India in the BRICS+ economic ecosystem. The BEA plans to host its Global Summit in November 2026, aiming to attract a diverse international audience and foster new business partnerships. Leaders from BRICS nations expressed strong support for India's leadership in shaping a more inclusive global trade framework, highlighting the potential for enhanced cooperation and shared prosperity.
