Universal Television has secured the rights to Catherine Adel West’s forthcoming novel, 'Strangers Behind Closed Doors,' which is scheduled for release on June 9 by Park Row. LaToya Morgan, known for her work on 'Turn: Washington’s Spies' and 'The Walking Dead,' is attached to adapt the novel for the screen and will serve as an executive producer under her first-look deal with Universal Television. Malcolm D. Lee, recognized for directing 'The Best Man: The Final Chapters' and 'Harlem,' will direct and also executive produce through his company, Blackmaled Productions, alongside Dominique Telson.
