A tragic accident occurred on the Baldev Nagar flyover in Ambala City, Haryana, India, on Tuesday evening, resulting in the death of a 26-year-old woman from Faridabad. The woman was riding pillion on a motorcycle driven by Ram Prakash, who is currently an intern at MM Hospital in Mullana. As they traveled towards Ambala City around 9 PM, an unidentified vehicle struck their motorcycle from behind, causing both riders to fall onto the road. The woman was flung over the flyover's railing, falling approximately 15 feet to the ground below. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she was declared dead upon arrival. Ram Prakash sustained critical injuries and is receiving treatment. The police have launched an investigation, registering a case against the unidentified vehicle's driver for negligent driving and causing death by negligence, among other charges.
