Clemson's recruiting has seen a decline, currently sitting at 43%, while California has made significant progress with 38% blue-chip commitments. Other ACC teams like Louisville, NC State, and Virginia Tech have lower percentages, while several schools, including Pittsburgh and North Carolina, have yet to secure any blue-chip commitments for the 2027 class.
