Brigade Enterprises, a real estate developer based in Bengaluru, has declared a 1:3 bonus issue for its shareholders, the first in seven years. This means that for every three shares held, shareholders will receive one additional share with a face value of ₹10. The record date for eligibility will be announced later. Alongside this announcement, Brigade reported a consolidated net profit of ₹190 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26, a decrease from ₹249 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also saw a slight decline, falling to ₹1,523 crore from ₹1,532 crore. The company's share price dropped nearly 5% to ₹771.60 after the Q4 results did not meet market expectations, contributing to a 14% decline in share value for the year. Despite this, Brigade's shares have appreciated 46% over the past three years and 202% over five years. The company plans to increase its share capital from ₹250 crore to ₹400 crore, indicating a positive outlook for future growth.
