Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley will miss Game 1 of the first-round playoff series against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to a right hamstring injury. Quickley sustained this mild strain during the regular-season finale against the Brooklyn Nets. Despite his absence, Raptors coach Darko Rajaković noted that Quickley is making progress and could potentially return for Game 2 on Monday. During the regular season, Quickley had an impressive average of 16.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, and a career-high 5.9 assists over 70 games. He recorded at least 20 points in 20 games and achieved eight double-doubles. In Quickley's absence, Jamal Shead, who has started 12 games this season and averages 6.6 points and 5.4 assists, is expected to take his place. The Cavaliers will also be missing reserve forward Thomas Bryant due to a left calf strain as they prepare for the matchup at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday.
