The Atlanta Braves, boasting the best record in Major League Baseball at 25-11, have successfully activated closer Raisel Iglesias from the injured list. Iglesias had been sidelined since April 21 due to discomfort in his right shoulder, but an MRI revealed no structural damage. Before his injury, Iglesias had an impressive start to the season, recording five saves and pitching 8.2 scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts and just one walk. With Iglesias back, Robert Suarez, who had taken over as closer during Iglesias's absence, will return to his setup role. Suarez had signed a three-year, $45 million contract with the Braves after leading the National League in saves last season. Additionally, relief pitcher Dylan Dodd is set to begin a minor league rehab assignment, while the Braves have designated Carlos Carrasco for assignment to accommodate these roster changes.
